Online purchases

These terms apply to purchases on saporedimarecattolica.it, operated by Gipsy Harbour Srl. Before submitting your order, check products, variants, address, total price and payment method in the checkout summary. Submitting an order with an obligation to pay means accepting the terms applicable to that purchase.

Prices and payments

Prices, applicable taxes, discounts and delivery charges are shown before payment. Use the payment methods actually available at checkout and keep your order confirmation. Any unavailability will be communicated, and amounts paid for products not supplied will be refunded.

Shipping

Shipping within Italy costs €8 and is free from €151. Preparation is expected within 1–2 days of receiving payment; Express delivery is estimated at 1–4 working days after dispatch. International destinations, charges and conditions are shown at checkout. Times are estimates, and statutory rights in cases of non-delivery remain unaffected.

Withdrawal and refunds

For distance purchases, consumers may withdraw within 14 days of delivery, including for sale or promotional items, subject to statutory exceptions. Customers bear the direct return cost; we charge no restocking fee. See the Refund Policy for the procedure, deadlines and return address.

Legal guarantee

New goods sold to consumers are covered by the two-year legal conformity guarantee from delivery. For a lack of conformity, you are entitled to statutory remedies at no cost: repair or replacement and, where provided by law, a price reduction or termination of the contract. No additional commercial warranty is promised.
