Withdrawal within 14 days

For online purchases, consumers may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of delivery; for goods from one order delivered separately, the period starts with the last item. This right also applies to sale or promotional items, subject to statutory exceptions.

Notice and returns

Send an explicit statement to gipsyharboursrl@gmail.com with your name, order number and products; you may also use the statutory model withdrawal form. No prior authorisation is needed to exercise the right. Send notice before the deadline, then return the goods within 14 days of giving notice to Sapore di Mare Boutique, Via Antonini 23, 47841 Cattolica (RN), Italy.

Costs and conditions

Customers bear the direct return cost. We charge no restocking fee or withdrawal penalty. Handle products only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning; you are responsible for any loss of value caused by further handling. Keep tags, accessories and packaging where possible and include proof of purchase; their absence does not automatically exclude the statutory withdrawal right.

Refunds

We refund without undue delay, within 14 days of withdrawal notice, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed at no cost. Withdrawal from the entire order includes standard delivery costs; supplements for more expensive delivery chosen by the customer are not refunded. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Exceptions and exchanges

Only statutory exceptions apply, including made-to-measure or clearly personalised goods and sealed goods unsuitable for return for hygiene or health reasons if unsealed after delivery. Contact us before returning an item to request an exchange; remedies for non-conformity remain unaffected.

Faulty or incorrect items

Contact gipsyharboursrl@gmail.com for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods. The legal guarantee and its remedies at no cost are separate from withdrawal and are not limited by the 14-day period. See also the Terms of Service.
